Cancellation, Replacement & Refund
Cancellation

A consumer who wishes to cancel an order should notify the seller before the order is shipped. A consumer must provide a valid and authentic reason for the cancellation of an order. The cancellation request will be denied if the order has already been shipped or delivered.
While refunding a payment against an order, 2.5% will be immediately deducted from the order total, as these fees are not refunded to us by the payment gateways. In case your order is cancelled due to your payment not getting processed you are most welcome to place an order again
Replacement

​The received confectionary product can only be replaced if the product is broken and crumbled more than 25% of the received product. A customer is advised to inform us at cs@healthybakehacks.in right after receiving and opening the parcel. We shall get back to the customer with the best possible solution.
Refund

The refund can be issued only when the confectionary product is found to be broken or crumbled, and the customer is not ready for the replacement. In this case, the refund can be processed based on the percentage of crushed products. E.g., if the product is 25% crumbled, 25% of the order amount will be refunded within the next 48 - 72 working hours upon receiving the complaint from the customer.
