Terms and Conditions

Terms-&-Conditions

The following are our company's terms and conditions for selling confectionery products to our customers. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and provision of products and services between our affiliates and service providers. These Terms and Conditions may not be changed, altered, or deleted without our company's consent.

1. Explanation of Terms
The seller is our business. A buyer is any person who agrees, whether explicitly or implicitly, to purchase products from us. The goods are confectionary items sold to the purchaser by the terms and conditions of the vendor.

2. Orders
All orders submitted by the purchaser are subject to the seller's acceptance. With the seller's written permission, an order may be continued. All orders are required to include delivery dates, product descriptions, product codes, and prices. Orders are binding on the seller once acknowledged and authorized by a company representative.
The seller's approval of a purchase order does not constitute acceptance of its terms; the seller's terms take precedence over those of the Buyer's purchase order.

3. Prices
Supplier proposals are subject to acceptance by the vendor within 45 days of the date of the request. This does not, however, refer to previously withdrawn quotations. Unless otherwise specified in writing by the vendor, quoted prices include all applicable taxes and indirect costs. Price quotations to purchasers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. During this time, they may be modified or canceled.
The purchase price is the amount listed on the seller's invoice. Any products not delivered within a reasonable timeframe are subject to price adjustments due to market fluctuations or conditions beyond the seller's control.
The prices in the catalog are subject to change and are not binding. The prices of the products do not include the Buyer's bank fees for credit cards and other payment methods. The company is not responsible for pricing errors on its websites or catalogs.

4. Delivery
The Buyer acknowledges that the delivery dates provided by the vendor are only estimates by confirming the order. The seller shall not be liable for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the seller's control. Late delivery does not give the client the right to terminate the transaction without a valid reason and written notice that has been accepted. The carrier shall be considered a separate entity from the vendor, and the seller shall not be held liable for any delays resulting from his late or non-delivery. Notifying the seller within three business days of non-delivery or receipt of damaged products is required. A physical invoice will accompany the products, and the seller must sign a copy for the courier. The consumer will receive a digital replica of the invoice and must verify that the physical and digital invoices are identical.
Requests to reschedule delivery must be communicated to the company, with client approval required. Delivery can be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
Delivery will only be made to the billing address provided during order placement. Any change to the billing address must be communicated to the company within a reasonable time, with the company's written consent. The company reserves the right to bill the Buyer additional fees for such rescheduling, and products will only be considered wholly paid for once such payments are settled.
Products shall be presumed accepted upon delivery unless Buyer rejects them upon receipt.

5. Returns
If the received product is broken or crumbled, the customer must promptly share images of the product. Failure to do so will cause the return to decline.

6. Payments
All product payments will be made online. Upon submitting an order, the purchaser will specify the mode of payment. The vendor reserves the right to cancel the order if the amount in full has yet to be received.
Complete payment must be made when the order is placed, and the company will only issue delivery orders once the total amount has been paid. Handling and delivery fees must be included in the Buyer's payment amount.

7. Conditions of Payment
"Order payment" is the standard payment term. Any other time will only be accepted at the discretion of our company and with written approval from company management. Any promotional discounts are reflected on the initial invoice, which is paid online.

8. Credit Arrangements
Before any transaction can be processed through the company's bank account, a buyer who wishes to establish a credit account with us must provide the required information and deposit the agreed-upon credit limit. Credit account holders can only be buyers who purchase frequently and in quantity from the company. Suppose the Buyer becomes insolvent or is regarded incapable of continuing business. In that case, the company reserves the right to reject, cancel, or suspend such accounts without prior notification.

9. Alteration of Product
The seller must ensure that products provided as alternatives to buyer orders will be a suitable replacement. By agreeing to purchase the option, the consumer accepts this clause and waives all claims against the company if the alternative products are non-conforming.
Use of the Product The consumer must only use the product as outlined in the product manual. The vendor is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper product use. All of our products are sweets and do not include manuals or instructions. The vendor is not responsible for products lacking a warranty.

11. Accessibility
Catalog items and prices are subject to change without notice. Accepting orders is contingent on product availability, and including a product on our website does not guarantee the product's availability.

12. Origin of Goods

The manufacturer is solely responsible for the originality of the goods, and the vendor offers no warranty or guarantee in this regard.

13. Possession and Risk
Upon delivery, the consumer will assume the entire risk and ownership of the products.

14. Non-Refund
Failure by the company to comply with any provision of this agreement or to exercise any of its rights shall not constitute a waiver of any of its rights under this agreement.

15. Warranty and Liability Limitation
There are no applicable warranties for the confectioneries.

16. Personal Information and Privacy
Any personal information of the Buyer collected by the seller during the purchasing procedure shall be subject to the seller's Privacy Policy.

17. Force Majeure
The company shall not be held liable for any product damage or failure resulting from natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, bankruptcy, or any other cause that may result in the manufacturer's inability to perform. The purchaser shall not hold the business liable for any losses caused by forces beyond their control.
