Our delivery team is preparing to ship your order, which will be delivered intact and on time, as specified in your order confirmation. Our customer service is always available whenever you need us.


Please note that orders can only be shipped to the invoicing address unless otherwise communicated and agreed upon. In such cases, we will send a one-time password to your phone number for you to authorize an invoicing address change. Before placing an order, it is imperative that you verify your address.
Please note that you consent to our terms by submitting payment and agree to accept delivery.

If you have any complaints after your product has been delivered or have any questions about the return policy, please follow the instructions below so we can serve you more effectively.
Please email us at cs@healthybakehacks.in with your complaints and queries about the received confectionery product.
Our team will evaluate your complaints and place a new order. If the product is out of stock, you will be given the option to downgrade or upgrade your product with the difference in amount refunded or paid, or you will receive an order cancellation note via email. Your refund will then be processed; however, refunds are only sometimes granted based on the website's discretion.
Please note that we do not accept returns for any reason other than defective or incorrectly ordered items.
Complaints must be made within a few hours; refunds are impossible if delayed.
Our delivery team will collect and deliver the products within three business days.
We value your contentment. Once you receive your order, kindly take note of the following:
Examine the merchandise for any defects or customer complaints.
Confirm that the shipment matches the order confirmation emailed to you.
Ensure that everything is in order before releasing the delivery team.
Sign three copies of the dispatch note and keep one for yourself.
You must notify us if someone other than yourself will receive the shipment. During delivery, identification documents, order number, credit/debit card used, and online sales receipts must be presented. According to our terms, this is mandatory, and there will be no exceptions.
Please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to inclement weather or unforeseen road traffic.
